What it does
It describes work habits on scales, to be used alongside a CV and an interview. It does not produce an overall score and it does not rank candidates.
What it does not do
- it does not decide on its own, and it does not label anyone as suitable or unsuitable;
- it does not measure intelligence, health, political opinions or financial situation;
- it is not validated on an Italian sample, and the thresholds do not come from job-performance data.
Status of the instrument
It is pre-release. The reference norms, where they exist, rest on an international sample. Using it with real candidates requires a published notice and DPIA, declared by the organisation’s controller.
